The Connecticut Perinatal Quality Collaborative works to promote high quality maternal and newborn care across the continuum of acuity, from the community hospital to the neonatal intensive care environment by:
- Facilitating cooperation among hospitals and health care providers
- Supporting evidence-based newborn care practices
- Sharing educational and training resources
- Gathering data that informs members and other stakeholders
Welcome to the Connecticut Perinatal Quality Collaborative
Welcome to the Connecticut Perinatal Quality Collaborative website. The development of this resource for maternal and newborn care providers is a direct outgrowth of the Northern Connecticut Neonatal Perinatal Collaborative.
This website provides a platform for communication among member hospitals, as well as maternal and newborn care providers to address common health concerns. We hope to share information on educational events, timely educational resources, and data that measures the health and well-being of our newborns.
We are eager to hear your feedback on the website. Let us know what you like and how we can be more helpful. Please send questions, comments, or suggestions to Lisa Millerick, RN, Executive Director, Connecticut Perinatal Quality Collaborative (CPQC).
